Hibernian- Tactic

Hello, again dear readers, as i told you in a previous post i am using a 4-2-3-1 asymetric tactic for my Hibernian squad.
.
The pic is a bit old, Welsh isnt in my team now, he is out on loan and McCann has recovered from injury.
AMR, ML and ST are on attack, MC, DMC are on defend and AMC is on support. DL and DR are on automatic. Here are the team instructions:

I'm pleased with this tactic. So far i played 4 friendly matches and all four are wins. The most notable is the 5-o win against Southampton( it was Viduka game, he scored a hattrick).

Clydesdale Premier League is starting, hope will do got also in official games.

PS: Scottish Premier League has a silly condition, that u must start the match with at least 3 players of 21 or under. This has changed my basic team a bit.

Transfers

After my squad analysis, i went to the market to sign some players. I only signed free players and also sold some.
Players IN:

Players OUT:

So taking in consideration the balance between the two, i made a profit of 425k.
I am proud of my transfer session, succeded to sign very good players: Mark Viduka, Ivan Campo, Rudi Skacel, Andy van der Meyde, Michael Ball, Lauren but my wage expenses increased considerably.

TIP: If you want that good free players , to come and play for your team, offer them a bigger salary than they are asking, 300-400 E more.

Hibernian

Started my first season with Hibernian, so let me show you the squad i started with:

After squad analysis, i've decided to play a 4-2-3-1 asymetric with personalized instructions, but i will make a different post, to present the tactic.

Season expectations are continental qualifications. And for this i received a 170k transfer budget and a wadge budget of 37,5k Euros.

Media prediction is 6th position, hope i'll prove them wrong and do better then that.
